The clinic is near Les Sablons metro station (line 1). RER lines C and E serve Neuilly–Porte Maillot, and tram T3b stops at Porte Maillot. Use the full Neuilly-sur-Seine address when planning your journey.

A checklist for visitors from abroad

• Confirm whether an in-person consultation is appropriate for your question.
• Ask which existing reports are useful and whether translations are needed.
• Allow for follow-up appointments or investigations if recommended; do not assume that all care can take place in one visit.
• Ask how to share medical documents securely rather than sending them unsolicited.

Video consultations

Video appointments may be listed on Doctolib. Availability and suitability depend on the practitioner and the reason for the consultation. If you are outside France, ask the clinic whether a remote appointment is possible for your circumstances before booking.

Fertility preservation enquiries

OVA provides information and guidance but does not perform egg freezing, regardless of the reason. Contact the team for advice on which centre to approach before making travel arrangements.

Prepare your questions

Bring previous test reports and a list of current treatments. Write down what you would like to understand: the meaning of results, which steps are still needed, or how follow-up would work if you live abroad.
